Maximise pub barbecue sales through World Cup

The National BBQ Association has come up with 32 special barbeque dishes to help pubs drive alfresco sales throughout the World Cup  one for each competing country.

National BBQ Week (31 May to 6 June), comes just before the World Cup kicks off, giving pubs the opportunity to establish barbecue menus.

The association has put together 32 recipes reflecting food from each of the competing countries.

For example, Englands dish is an Eggs and Bacon Barbi Breakfast, Germanys is Baden Baden BBQed Bockwurst, and the French dish is French Escargots Grilles a la Perpignan.
